Which dictionary would you choose ?

Salam to all.
Kif hal? Kuwais ? Alhamdulillah.

I've just finished revising my Usul Fiqh, just now. Feeling likely to add something new in blog. All of a sudden.
But there is, actually accidentally a reason.

In my revision just now, somehow my (or my friend's) MP3 turned out to play a song that written by Sayyid Qutb. It is AKHI ANTA HURR. It just reminds me of the one who had sold his soul and everything in his (hopefully it's suitable if I put 'our') 'struggle' in Uprising of Islam in 19th century.

Books written by him ; Fi Zilal, Hazad Deen, Social Justice in Islam, Milestone and etc.

InsyaAllah after my exams finished, I will put the lyric here. Really touching one.

Suddenly (Or wisely) something came up uninvited to my 'idraak' (Arabic word) that means knowing, wisdom, knowledge, understanding or whatsoever that suits it. It is (or course related to the one above said (Sayyid Qutb))..

If you find yourself don't know anything about something, or you want to search or find about something, what would you choose to be your reference ? or what you already has chosen till now for answering anything in your life ?

Maybe it sounds very common and public. Let's make it specific, because people are more likely to be interested in specific rather than it's opposite.. if I'm not mistaken.

If you have problems in your life, how could you settle it down ?
What is it your measurement to make it right or wrong ?
(Let's just exclude Quran and Sunnah because it is undoubted)
Maybe you didn't really get my point.

If one is trying to find a word to translate into other languages, he would refer to dictionary.

But if one is trying to find a meaning in life, there are so many dictionaries that could describe what life is all about. It could be stories, memoirs, biography, researchs and even blogs and etc.

Some teenagers (or maybe many, including others) would rather read Chicken Soup. It contains so many stories, inspirational and motivational. It could inspire their lives with all quotes there, and they could learn from it, and needlessly not doing the mistakes (in the stories) again. Then life goes on, with motivation and inspiration, only that, obviously.

Some people who want to be somebody like engineers, doctors, and even Ulama' would read the life stories and biographies of those who's passed. Just they want to lead their life with the 'trusted navigator'.

And so many examples. (I hope you know what I mean).

One thing will I dare to say ;

The common dictionary will suit common people, and the hard one is just fit to the one who's trying hard, doing hard, living hard, finding the real meaning of life, and it's just a few of them. Yup, it's sad, but spontaneously understandable.

If you want to be a few of them (the quality that matters), try to adapt yourself, reading only the dictionary, a hard one. Then you'll feel like those who's passed away felt, you will really feel like them, see what they saw, think what they thought. It's because you're in the same way, that they used to be.

Remember, you could also write your own dictionary for those after you. Actually everyone is writing its own, without noticing it. You choose, what kind and what type will it be. The one who's after you will see.

Ignore what others will say, they don't understand. Well, you already understand that right ?

Don't follow the one who's always justifying the wrong, and manipulating the truth. Be it, in your serenity that always puts you in calmness, and keep yourself in His Divine Sanctuary.

Akhi In Namut Nalqa Ahbaabana,
Faraudhatu Rabbi U'iddat Lana,
Wa Atyaruha Rafrafat Haulana,
Fa Tuuba Lana Fi Diyaaril Khuluud.

(My friend, if we die we would meet our lovers,
And the garden (paradise) of My Lord is already prepared for us,
And the birds will be roaming and flying all around us,
The final happiness is for us, in this eternal country)

- a piece of the lyric -

It's just something from a servant,
who Allah is only his vision.
Later.
Salam.

dictionary = A dictionary is a book or collection of words in a specific language, often listed alphabetically, with definitions, etymologies, pronunciations, and other information;[1] or a book of words in one language with their equivalents in another

-look at the second meaning.
-The truth. If quran is our language, it's HARD to translate it in our life.
-But it's HARDER to ignore it.

just a thought from father and son-yusuf islam

wsalam.
syukran kpd suhail ats pnerangan istilah.

but i actually intended to give my thoughts by understanding the meanings, not words.

seperti satu istilah ;

utk mudahkan pembaca memahami penulisan ini , letaklah di dalam minda bahawa ;

wallahu a'lam.
mari bersama mendaki!
